Have you ever looked at a card and wondered how did they make that look like that? Or Wow that looks good but never be able to make it myself. It’s probably using a technique and I would love to show you how. Did you know that each month my newsletter includes a new technique? Why not sign up now and start learning?

We all begin somewhere

First Card

We all start somewhere – This is my first card!

Beginning Stampin’ Up! Classes in Mount Isa, got me to thinking about when I first started my Stampin’ Up! Journey. This is my First card. Some of you may not know this story but some of you have been here since the beginning.

My Stampin’ Up! Story began on the back porch of a friends house. She showed me a Catalogue and I fell in love. The next day I went to a class with my friend. At the class, I knew I wanted it all and was hooked. I had resisted the urge to do Scrap booking before as it would require too much “Stuff”. Now I have a room dedicated to my collection of “Stuff”.

That moment on the back porch, is over eight years ago. I still get as much joy from making and giving a hand made card as I did back then. In that eight years i have made lifelong friends, I earn some extra cash and get to see the smiles on people’s faces when they say YAY I MADE THAT!!!

Send me an email and show me your First Card – Maybe sometime I will share my first scrap booking page it isn’t so pretty!!

Look out for my future posts about my items that beginners need to start their creative adventure.

Saleabration is coming and it will be a great time to buy a beginners pack as once you spend $90 you get to choose a freebie!! Saleabration is a great time to Join Stampin’ Up! as a Demonstrator – Maybe you will be just like me and want it all or love teaching others as a Demonstrator. Maybe you just want to be the first to know about whats coming or join in on the events that Stampin’ up! hold.

Pinterest – How do I describe this?

Its a place online that sucks you into a void of creative wonder, don’t approach unless you have at least half an hour spare.

You can see pictures of anything from Scrapbook pages, Card designs, 3D Projects, memory keeping ideas to Bon Jovi and what to make for dinner tonight.

I have a huge number of pins to explore with loads of ideas.

There is a board specifically dedicated to the God “Bon Jovi”.

Why not click on the pic above and be linked to my page and click to follow me.

I love receiving pins too so feel free to tag me or send me pins.
